Plaintiff, Gene Raymond Lazaro, as owner, instituted this suit in conformity with the provisions of Act 298 of 19381, against the defendant, Mrs. Pearl Morlock Lazaro, his stepmother, endeavoring to obtain possession of a double house designated by the municipal Nos. 3316-18 Belfort Street, New Orleans, one-half of which is occupied by her.

Defendant answered and conceded that she was not occupying 3318 Belfort Street...
