This action, originally brought by Bertha Gostomske, since deceased, is to set aside certain conveyances to defendant Herbert P. Sommerfield, her son-in-law, of two buildings. Upon the death of plaintiff, Elsa Raschke, executrix, was substituted as plaintiff.
