WARD, Justice.

Appellee sued appellant on a promissory note. The only defense interposed was usury. The case was tried before the Circuit Judge, sitting as a jury, and judgment was rendered in favor of appellee.

The sole question presented to us is whether there is substantial evidence to support the decision and judgment of the trial court.
