This is an action of tort brought by reason of a collision between an automobile owned by the plaintiff and operated by his wife and an automobile operated by the defendant. Trial was by jury with verdict and judgment for the plaintiff. The case is here on exceptions of the defendant to the refusal of the trial court to grant her motion for a directed verdict.
