This is an appeal from a judgment of the Circuit Court of DuPage county entered on a verdict finding defendant not guilty as to the complaint of the 6 1/2-year-old plaintiff for personal injuries.

It is contended by appellant that: (1) the verdict is against the manifest weight of the evidence and (2) the trial court erred in giving of five of the instructions of the defendant. The five complained of are defendant...
