The defendant, Gordon Hubert Banks, was accused by an indictment of the Grand Jury of Wright County, Iowa, of the Crime of Operating a Motor Vehicle while Intoxicated, in said county on January 17, 1955, as defined in Section 321.281 of the 1954 Code of Iowa, I.C.A.,—fourth offense —in that the accused had three times previously been convicted of such crime in the District...
