This is an appeal by plaintiff, Helen V. (Wagner) Hughes, from an order of the Circuit Court modifying a divorce decree with respect to the allowance for support and custody of the minor child of the parties.

Plaintiff obtained a decree of divorce from the defendant in the Circuit Court of the City of St. Louis on August 5, 1953. By said decree plaintiff was awarded the general custody of the child, Georgia Carrol, then three years of age...
