Plaintiff, T. M. Anderson, conducting his business under the trade name of T. M. Anderson Lumber Company of Leakesville, Mississippi, instituted this suit against the defendant, Herbert B. Barger, a contractor, endeavoring to recover the sum of $969.41, representing the cost of lumber sold and delivered to the defendant in 204 Orchard Road, Jefferson Parish.
