This appeal attacks the right of the trial court to remand a compensation case to the Workmen's Compensation Board a second time following a reversal and remand by this Court. The case is an outgrowth of a claim for compensation for hernia filed in 1954 by Curtis Mullins, the appellant, against the Kentucky West Virginia Gas Company, the appellee. The Board denied the claim and its ruling was affirmed by the Pike Circuit Court. We reversed that judgment...
