On May 17, 1954, the appellant brought suit in DeSoto County, Mississippi, against the appellee to cancel his claim to 270 acres of land in said County. On the hearing the chancellor dismissed her bill and she appeals therefrom. We have reached the conclusion that the chancellor was in error and...
