The plaintiffs brought suit to restrain the defendants from building a carport which was alleged to be in violation of a restrictive covenant. The defendants filed their answer, and the cause was referred to a Master in Chancery to take the evidence and report his conclusions of law and fact thereon. At the conclusion of the plaintiffs' evidence before the Master, the defendants moved for a directed verdict...
