The Freeway Gun Shop was burglarized and a number of pistols were taken. Officer Kutschbach, during the course of his investigation of the burglary and after having secured the license number of an automobile which he had reason to believe was implicated in the crime, questioned Walter Wilson, the appellant's brother.
