Appellants, who were defendants below, appeal from a permanent injunction prohibiting them from interfering with the access to respondents' mill and its operation.

Until the wife's death on January 10, 1955, the marital community of Romer Zema and Lydia Zema owned a tract of several hundred acres of timbered land in Stevens county. The wife died intestate on January 10, 1955, leaving her husband and two sons surviving. Romer Zema was appointed administrator...
