This is an appeal by North Hollywood Hospital, Inc. (hereinafter designated "the Hospital"), from a money judgment entered upon an arbitration award in favor of Dr. Reuben Straus, and from an order (1) confirming the arbitration award to Dr. Straus, and (2) denying the Hospital's motion to vacate that award.

The sole question presented is whether the arbitrators exceeded their powers in making a cash award to Dr. Straus.
