This is a suit by petitioner, Lone Star Gas Company, hereinafter referred to as Lone Star or petitioner, for a money judgment against Jack E. Sheaner for the unpaid balance of the purchase price of a water heater and for the foreclosure of a chattel mortgage lien on the same as against Jack E. Sheaner and James W. Tomlin.
