This is an action of tort in which the plaintiff, as administratrix, seeks to recover for injuries suffered by William M. Peacock (hereinafter called the decedent) as a result of a fall on premises of the defendant. The jury returned a verdict for the plaintiff, which was recorded under leave reserved. Thereafter, on motion of the defendant, the judge entered a verdict for the defendant. The plaintiff's exception to this action presents the only question...
