Defendant, Theodore Miclau, Jr., was found guilty of contributing to the delinquency of a female minor child in the Juvenile Court of Cuyahoga County. He appeals to this court on questions of law.

It appears that two female minor children, Rose Marie McTigue, 15 years old, and Carol Mitman, 13 years old, met in downtown Cleveland on the evening of October 21, 1955. They ate a meal at the China Lane restaurant and were then joined by another female...
