OPINION BY WATKINS, J., June 11, 1957:

The claimant in this Unemployment Compensation case, was employed as a platform man by the Glen Alden Corporation in Wilkes-Barre, Pa. On March 23, 1956 he voluntarily quit his job, notifying his employer that he was going to California. His mother had been in California for a visit and while there broke her hip. His sister, with whom the claimant made his home, and her husband went to California to take care of his mother. He...
