This appeal arises out of an action to recover for personal injuries resulting from an automobile collision.

This case was tried to a jury which returned a verdict for the defendant. The plaintiff thereafter filed his motion for a new trial which was overruled and this appeal is taken from the verdict of the jury and the judgment of the court overruling plaintiff's motion for new trial. The essential...
