In each of the above entitled cases, the court en banc had before it the question of the sufficiency of the complaints filed by the respective plaintiffs. Preliminary objections were raised by defendant and were sustained. In its order sustaining the objections, the court directed that judgment be entered if plaintiffs did not file sufficient amendments to the complaints.
