OPINION BY GUNTHER, J., June 11, 1957:

This is an appeal from the Order of the Court of Common Pleas of Philadelphia County dismissing a petition for a Writ of Habeas Corpus.

On December 27 and 29, 1950, the relator, George Leon, was tried and convicted on three counts of armed robbery. Two of the armed robberies occurred between the end of January and the middle of April, 1946. The relator was arrested and indicted in June of 1946. After relator's arrest...
