Plaintiffs, each of whom reside within the Florence Division, Eastern District of South Carolina, and are engaged in the raising of tobacco, commenced this action by the filing of a verified complaint on August 21, 1957. Based upon the allegations of this verified complaint, this Court issued a rule to show cause returnable August 27, 1957, requiring the defendants to appear and show cause why an order should not issue enjoining the defendant...
