By information Number 2664 defendants Stone and Thomas were charged in Count I with conspiring to commit theft; in Counts II and III with burglary; and in Count IV with theft of personal property of a value not in excess of $200. It was also alleged therein that Stone had been convicted of burglary; and that Thomas had been convicted of violating section 2593(a), title 26, of the United States Code, a felony (failing to pay a tax on marihuana).<...
