This action is one under the antitrust laws involving the usual provisions of the Sherman and Clayton Acts (15 U.S.C.A. §§ 1, 2, 15, 16). It involves the motion picture business and by the complaint brings back on the screen the Schine interests, named as defendants, and the eight major distributors named as co-conspirators.
