Plaintiffs bring this stockholders' derivative action on behalf of New York Shipbuilding Corporation (hereinafter Ship) and Devoe & Raynolds Company, Inc., (hereinafter Devoe) to recover damages alleged to have been sustained because of the conduct of defendants. Plaintiffs alleged eight wrongful acts on the part of defendants. Three of the claims were withdrawn by plaintiffs at the trial, and one was dismissed at the conclusion of plaintiffs...
