This case arises out of a collision on U.S. Route 24, one mile east of Washington, Illinois, on January 2, 1954, between a motor vehicle operated by one John S. Norton, the plaintiff's intestate, and another motor vehicle operated by one James Sprinkle. The plaintiff's intestate was killed in the collision.
