This is an action on a written contract of employment brought by appellee to recover damages from appellant for alleged wrongful termination of the contract and the discharge of appellee from his employment.

The circumstances of the first cause of action asserted by appellee are: Appellant is a domestic corporation authorized to manufacture and sell dolls and doll accessories. A contract was made by the parties on or about October 24, 1951...
