[1] The plaintiff brought an action in divorce in Los Angeles County wherein, among other things, in the first amended complaint, she alleged in substance that she and her husband were, at the time of the commencement of the action, and for more than one year before, had been residents of Los Angeles County; that three children were born as the issue of the marriage (two of whom are now minors)...
