OPINION BY MR. JUSTICE CHIDSEY, June 28, 1957:

This appeal, brought under the Act of March 5, 1925, P.L. 23, 12 PS § 672, questions the jurisdiction of a court of equity to entertain a bill praying that the enforcement of a Zoning Ordinance be restrained.
