This is an action to recover damages brought by the parents of twelve year old Rhett Matthew Plauche, who was killed in a fall from his horse. Negligence is the basis for the suit and made defendants are Russell Bourgeois, the driver of a truck, his employer Consolidated Companies, Incorporated, and its public liability insurer, The Travelers Insurance Company. After trial, judgment was rendered in favor of each of the plaintiffs and the defendants...
