This is a suit for damages resulting from an intersectional collision between an automobile driven by petitioner's son, in which petitioner was a passenger and a truck driven by David F. Monk. The defendants are ICT Insurance Co., the liability insurer of the vehicle in which petitioner was riding, David F.
