The plaintiff's agent and the defendants entered into an oral agreement for the delivery of a pistonreamer machine on trial, which the defendants agreed to buy if it proved satisfactory.

The defendants found the machine unsatisfactory, and this action was brought to recover the purchase price. From a judgment for the defendants, the plaintiff appeals.
