This is an appeal on questions of law from the Municipal Court of Columbus. The plaintiff, appellant herein, procured a judgment by confession in the Municipal Court on January 24, 1957, upon a cognovit note. Said judgment was in the amount of $348.45, with interest at six per cent from January 22, 1957.
