This is an appeal on questions of law from a judgment on a directed verdict granted by the Common Pleas Court of Lorain County at the conclusion of the evidence in behalf of the plaintiff, Phyllis J. Hall, as administratrix of the estate of Robert L. Hall, deceased.

On July 10, 1952, Robert Hall, the plaintiff's decedent, was killed when a high voltage of electricity passed through his body.
