The appellants, owners of 50% of the stock of the debtor and also claiming as its creditors, appeal from the order of the court below of May 10, 1957, confirming a plan of reorganization which provides for the liquidation of the debtor's property, a well known boardwalk hotel in Atlantic City, New Jersey, and the distribution of the proceeds to eight classes of claimants. This is the third appeal which stockholders have taken in these proceedings...
