Defendant, in an action for fraud and deceit, appeals from a judgment awarding plaintiff damages for defendant's fraudulent representations in the sale of two falsely registered Shetland ponies. The fraud is admitted and this appeal raises issues only as to the proper elements to be considered in determining the amount of damages.
