Glenn F. Walker, stated in the declaration to be "a painter and producer of fine works of art", brought this action in tort against Thomas D'Alesandro, Jr., individually. The declaration contained four counts charging, respectively, (1) the wrongful removal of a picture belonging to the plaintiff from its assigned place in an art exhibit at the Peale Museum (sometimes known as the Municipal Museum) in the City of Baltimore...
