The offense is the lascivious fondling of a minor with a prior conviction for an offense of like character alleged for enhancement; the punishment, 25 years.

The nine year old injured child testified that she and her mother went to visit her mother's friend, that she went out in the back yard, that the appellant who was present at the home came out in the back yard and while there placed his hand on her sexual part. She stated that...
