ROBERTS, Justice.
This bill in equity was brought to enjoin the respondent from building an addition to a commercial building located on lots alleged to be restricted to residential uses. After a hearing before a justice of the superior court a decree was entered granting the injunctive relief sought. The cause is before this court on the respondent's appeal from that decree.
