The plaintiffs who owned residential property near the defendant's truck repair shop in Spearfish sought by their action to have defendant perpetually enjoined and restrained from building or continuing to build additions to his truck repair shop and from doing any other act in violation of the zoning ordinance of the City of Spearfish, and to require the defendant to discontinue the repair shop at its present location and remove the garage building...
