This appeal comes to this court on questions of law from a judgment entered for the plaintiff on a trial of the issues of fact in the Municipal Court of Cleveland. The action is one in negligence resulting from an automobile collision between the automobiles of the plaintiff and defendant, each then and there driving his own automobile, the collision occurring in the city of Cleveland on October 16, 1956.
