This is an appeal in an industrial insurance case, in which the district court, in appellant's action following the findings and orders of the respondent Commission and the Medical Referee Board, in effect terminated appellant's status of temporary total disability, gave him a permanent partial disability rating and fixed such permanent partial disability at 60 percent. The parties are in agreement that but two issues are involved in this appeal...
