The Ford Motor Co., Inc., has presented a petition for rule to show cause why the receivers of Warren Lepley Ford, Inc., should not surrender to it five Ford automobiles, which were in the possession of Warren Lepley Ford, Inc., at the time the receivers were appointed. The receivers in equity of Warren Lepley Ford, Inc., and the Girard Trust Corn Exchange Bank oppose the petition.
