On March 13, 1957, the city of Racine secured an order directing the petitioners to show cause why the appeal should not be dismissed for the reason that it was not taken within the time limited by statute. Argument on that matter was combined with the argument on the merits. The order of dismissal was entered on November 16, 1956, served upon counsel for petitioners on November 21st, and was filed with the clerk of county court on November 26, 1956...
