The appellant, North Shore Realty Corporation, is the holder of a leasehold interest in certain real property owned by the appellees. The original lease was executed on November 29, 1943, between the appellees and the Heron Realty Corporation for a term of fifty years. The Heron Realty Corporation assigned its interest in the lease to the Green Heron Operating Company, which brought suit against the appellees...
