The award appealed from is of death benefits under the Workmen's Compensation Law. Decedent was employed as a bookkeeper and accountant by the agent of an insurance company. Ordinarily his work was confined to the employer's office at White Plains. On the day preceding his death he was directed to go to the employer's office at Kingston to explain certain bookkeeping procedures to certain of his employer...
