The sole question for decision in this appeal is whether the former owners of real property appropriated by the Director of Highways of this state, for highway purposes, are entitled to the compensation awarded them by a jury in the Court of Common Pleas for the taking of their property, or whether they must take as compensation the amount of money fixed by the Director of Highways.
