Melvin and Ed Day have appealed from an order of the Perry Circuit Court dismissing their petition for a writ of habeas corpus. The appellants were indicted jointly for the murder of Jack Fields. Their motion for admission to bail was denied by the court after hearing evidence. This habeas corpus proceeding was instituted to review the denial of bail. Smith v.
