This case is before the Court on the motion of the defendant to dismiss a complaint for an injunction. The complaint in question was filed by the plaintiffs, taxpayers, and asked that the defendant, as District Director of the Internal Revenue Service for the State of Wisconsin, be enjoined from making any tax assessments against the plaintiffs until the expiration of the 90 day period after notice of a determination of deficiency is mailed...
