This is a proceeding by an attorney for an alleged breach of his contract of employment upon a contingent fee basis when his clients summarily discharged him and employed other attorneys in the settlement of their claims for damages arising out of an automobile collision.

On October 7, 1954, the appellees, Mr. and Mrs. T. H. Nichols, and their daughter, Jackie, who was then 18 years of age, were involved in a collision in North Little Rock...
